1. Get Off the Teeter-Totter
The top of this drawing is a sad picture: the power teeter-totter. One side is always up and the other is always down. Notice who’s on the bottom: us. That needs to change.
Get off the teeter-totter. Let’s stand on level ground—like the bottom of the drawing. We’re all the same.
